When Fuffifufzich first appeared, in 2021, and the Volksbühne was sold out within minutes, some fans of gravity resisted. And what applies to outdoor pools at night was shown there, this also applies to concerts: If people climb over fences to get in, everything that follows burns into the cerebrum - and the soundtrack into the collective memory. The repertoire of Fuffifufzich – at that time still without a label or management – included four songs. Fuffifufzich she simply sang twice and the audience twice each line. Especially text-sure: "Hello 110, is the Po police there? I would like to file a complaint for Heartbreakerei. The Debuthit Heartbreakerei feat. Magic Island: 1.6 million views on Spotify.

Fuffifufzich can neither be nailed to a language nor to a genre. A bit as if five browser tabs were merged into one: From one rap raunt, from the other a Falco and then Vicky Leandros snuggles into the ear. Or was that Paff Meisi? Most likely perhaps like this: a dreamy, steamy synthepop, which sometimes seeps spherically and is sometimes a cloud hit, sometimes whispers under the covers or then screams from the scaffolding. Fuffifufzich sings and speaks, sometimes dada, sometimes gaga, because life is too important to always take it seriously. Especially when it comes to Fuffifufzich's specialty: love. A lot has happened since the single Heartbreakerei: an album of the same name, two sold-out tours. Fuffifufzich performed at the fusion, played the Kreuzberg Festsaal full and the Kulturbrauerei. Soon the lyrics appeared in school toilets, soon on S-Bahns. They were engraved under faithful skin and printed in novels. Fuffi, as her fans also call her, was a guest on the podcast of the Zeitmagazin and curated an evening on radioeins. In 2023, the Pop Culture Festival Berlin commissioned a Commissioned Work and Fuffifufzich, because why not, but a string ensemble. In front of the largest LED screen in Europe, Fuffifufzich shot a video for the project Reeperbahnfestival COLLIDE. Wrong, there were three!

Around the person behind the artist, however, say. Fuffifufzich, quoted by the Musikexpress, was born in 2018 with sunglasses on his face. If you ask Fuffi himself, Fuffi says: "Fuffifufch is an Italo-Western and a snowy street in Berlin, is a little mouse and a queen." Fuffifufzich writes her lyrics herself, she produces the songs together with Johannes Aue. On stage, he hypnotizes behind the keyboard and to his left: Laura Landergott, who plays the bass time after time, as if she were bringing it to life. Now Fuffifufzich's second album is rolling up: Feel zu spät was released in January 2025 and revolves around and against time in addition to love. On the cover of the vinyl record: Fuffifufzich, as she flats in a youth room full of wall clocks. "I'm so attached to this time," says the album, "which is called Vergangenheit". The eight songs scroll on the timeline of a big city life: I love you possibly forever jumps delicately into the past, Navigator in the balancing act into the future. For the duet Navigator Fuffifufzich invited the singer and actress Alli Neumann to the microphone. Adorned with a Spotify warning, on the other hand, the song Feel it could be: E for explicit.

If life in Heartbreakerei still felt like a trial round, it grows too late in Feel to be a test of courage: still playful, but now in the bold awareness that every move counts. In Feel too late, Fuffiffufzich puts the cards musically on the table. The hand struggles, but the heart dares: the great ballad. The crush, even if he's so close to the crash. The touch, despite the risk of electric shock. They are songs that lift you up in the dark of the night, hold you briefly over the parapet and then sit down again on the kitchenette next to a beer. Who knows where time will lead? No one. But Fuffifufzich holds your hand.
