The Physical Introduction is an introduction to the performance «Borda», which works through movement rather than words. Simple physical exercises awaken the senses and sensitize the spectators to the subsequent performance. 

The format is aimed at all interested parties, regardless of age and movement experience. 

Meeting point is at the box office at 6 pm. After the introduction, there will be enough time to relax and move on to the performance.
