When darkness falls, a different garden awakens: the colors fade, but the sounds and smells become more intense. Together, we explore the Merian Gardens at night and experience how nature changes as night falls. We hear rustling in the bushes—perhaps a badger—discover nocturnal insects, and watch bats circling silently overhead. The city surrounding the gardens also appears transformed: its lights contrast with the darkness of nature.
