Patricija Bronić and her team are dedicated to traditional a cappella singing from Dalmatia. Klapa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is practiced in the community and means “a group of friends.” Together with musician Jasmin Albash, the ensemble also explores the connections between klapa and Swiss Zäuerli. In the Merian Gardens, they invite you to join in an open sing-along in the afternoon. Shortly before midnight, klapa will be heard a second time – a gentle, polyphonic finale to a long day. No previous experience is necessary for the open singing session – come and join in!
