«Every week, we work together on a big cause: We make cultural experiences possible for various people in our region - together with artists from Basel, Switzerland and the whole world. However, such a task only succeeds if we identify ourselves as a whole team with this goal, are proud of our work, develop ourselves, interact empathetically with each other and develop ourselves as an agile organization. For example, our decentralized working groups in the areas of awareness, sustainability, inclusion and digital work are important. When recruiting new employees, a cross-section of our team is present in the selection committee - this also in order to eliminate possible biases among us and to make our team as diverse as possible. Above all, the valuable joint team events are appreciated - from the joint lunch, to our annual summer festival with the board, freelancers and artists, to our two-day retreat, which we often organize somewhere in the countryside.
