In the eighty-first edition of Mitten In Der Woche, we invite you to the 10th Musical Advent Calendar with the Basel music scene. At the end of this year, in which so many sad things have happened in the world and people in many places are drifting further and further apart, we are very much looking forward to coming together and pausing for a moment with the Basel music scene to enjoy the power of music. The scent of mulled wine, candlelight, cosy furnishings and twelve great musicians/formations on stage, who - like an Advent calendar - will get us in the mood for Christmas with two songs each and once again impressively demonstrate how versatile and wonderful the Basel music scene is.

About Mitten in der Woche
Since autumn 2012, Mitten in der Woche has offered Basel's band and music scene a place to exchange ideas and experiment in a relaxed atmosphere. Originally based in the Kuppel, the series has been taking place in the Kaserne Basel since 2016. Midweek is an evening by musicians for musicians and music lovers, free of charge and with the support of Kaserne Basel, Brocki Irma und Fred and Musikbüro Basel.
