The Swiss trio Löwenzahnhonig, consisting of Fai Baba, Long Tall Jefferson, and Paul Märki (of Black Sea Dahu), has released their debut album. Like a gentle blanket, their incredibly beautiful indie compositions wrap around the listener’s consciousness, sending everyday worries and stress into oblivion. Musically, the lo-fi tracks sit somewhere between the soft sounds of Khruangbin, Mac DeMarco, and jazz greats like John Scofield and Charlie Byrd. In November 2023, their self-titled debut album Löwenzahnhonig was released and has since been captivating the European radio landscape—from BBC6 and FIP Radio France to SRF, SWR, and RBB.
