For several years now, Kush K have been forging their own unique path in the pop landscape — a refreshingly experimental one. The band has found a space between radio presence and DIY spirit that requires no compromises or bending to fit in. Their debut album Lotophagi was named Album of the Year in 2021 by the industry association IndieSuisse. With their follow-up album Your Humming, they toured across Europe and were invited to perform a live session at KEXP. Starting in autumn 2024, they will present songs from their new album Drum Therapy for the first time. A return to life after a loss; happiness hormones that haven’t abandoned you after all; a feeling of absolute fearlessness. Kush K are: Catia Lanfranchi, Paul Amereller, Fiona Fiasco, and Jonas Albrecht.
With a new album in tow, Jon Hood present their hybrid indie sound. The follow-up to their acclaimed debut album Bodysemantics will be released in spring 2026. Sometimes anthemic and electronic, sometimes driving and danceable, the songs are unmistakably shaped by the Latin American roots of lead singer Joan. On stage, the quartet breaks with convention and transforms their songs into a captivating live show.
