They turn our waste into a resource for their art: Fulu Miziki scour the landfills of Kinshasa, where most of the trash comes from Europe. From this, they craft instruments and costumes — then hit the road with a wild show of driving beats, pounding drum rhythms, and electrifying dance moves. After their spectacular night in autumn 2024, we’re ready to join this cycle for the second time: to call for more ecological ways of living and spend an exhausting dancing with Fulu Miziki.
