Participants in this workshop will be introduced to the warm-up and preparation practices of Company O and to dances from different regions of Morocco. The focus is on rhythm and working on dissociation, the purposeful separation of movements of different parts of the body. The workshop is open to all ages 14 and up and all levels: "It is this diversity where we learn from each other".

No previous experience required, from 14 years old.
The workshop will be conducted in English.
