In Liquid Families, Nicole Seiler explores the voice as a choreographic element together with a choir made up of professional performers and amateur singers. For over 3.5 hours they create a spatial installation with exquisite objects designed by the Basel-based artists Gerda Steiner and Jörg Lenzlinger. Throughout this artistic journey, the spatial sculpture seamlessly intertwines with the performative and vocal score – a constantly evolving, seemingly endless transformation is set in motion. The audience is invited to be on time, to arrive later, to linger, to leave and to return.
