Swiss-Guatemalan artist Lorena Stadelmann aka Baby Volcano lives up to her name, because she is a true live powerhouse. Her casual rap vocals in French and Spanish are laid over thumping bass and hot Latin American rhythms. A fierce attitude, feminist lyrics such as SPM Utérus or Swiss Anxiety (from her EP Síndrome Premenstrual) and a hell of a live performance make Volcano an absolute must-see! After appearances at festivals such as Roskilde, Paléo, Bad Bonn Kilbi and a nomination for the Swiss Music Award, it's now time for her first Kaserne gig at the start of our season.
