With regard to the upcoming vote on residents' voting rights, the introduction of active voting rights for Basel residents with a permanent residence permit will be discussed.
 

The panel participants will explore the questions, “Do Basel's residents need the right to vote? And if so, why?”, ‘In what way is Basel unique?’ or ”What does it take to be a Basel resident?”
